On January 3, 2025, the Dixon Police Department received a report of a missing juvenile, 13-year-old Clarissa Miguel-Brown. Clarissa was last seen walking northbound on Pitt School Road from West F Street. She recently moved to Dixon and is unfamiliar with the area.
Clarissa is described as a Hispanic female juvenile with long brown hair and hazel eyes. She is 5’6” tall, weighs approximately 150 pounds, and has a tattoo of the letter “K” on her wrist and a heart on her knuckle. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, red and white plaid pajama pants, black shoes, and carrying a black backpack.
At this time, there is no evidence to suggest that Clarissa's disappearance poses any danger to the community. However, the Dixon Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating her to ensure her safety and well-being.
